We always have a high demand for these stalls so it is essential that you return your completed application form as soon as possible to confirm your space. We will be allocating the stalls on a first come, first served basis – unfortunately we are not able to hold or reserve stalls. Your stall will only be booked when we receive your completed application form - which you can download from this page.

Once we have received your completed application form we will send you a receipt as confirmation of your booking; and further details about the event, access and arrival times etc will be sent out in due course
