Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May Noon – 9pm

This year, the village event will be free entry to all. With reduced costs it is anticipated that you can trade for longer and that there will be more stalls generating greater interest.

Full Payment is due on booking. Alternatively a £100 per stall deposit will hold the booking, subject to the final payment being made by 4th May 2008. Your stall will be booked only when you have completed and returned the application form (you can download it from this page) to us together with your payment. Please make all cheques payable to Mardi Gras Birmingham.

Once we have received your completed application form and processed your fee we will send you a receipt as confirmation of your booking. Further details about the event, access and arrival times etc will be sent out in due course (usually two weeks prior to the event). If you require a pro forma invoice please download the application form and send it to us, along with a note requesting an invoice.
